Refund policy

Duration: 14-day return policy from the date of receipt.

Eligibility: Items must be in original condition (unworn/unused), with tags, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at deskbyaura@gmail.com. We will provide you with the return address and instructions. Please note that since our products ship from supplier warehouses, return processing may take 2–3 weeks from the time we receive the returned item. Unauthorized returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.

Exceptions: Perishable goods, custom/personalized products, personal care items, hazardous materials, and sale items/gift cards are non-returnable.

EU Cooling Off Period: Customers in the EU have a 14-day right to cancel or return for any reason under EU consumer protection laws.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected by our supplier, approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
