  • United States: 10–21 business days
  • International: 10–25 business days

Cost: Free shipping on all orders with no hidden fees.

Tracking: Tracking numbers are sent via email within 3–7 business days of order placement. Please note that tracking information may take 24–48 hours to become active in the carrier's system.

Important Notes:

  • Products ship directly from our supplier warehouses, which may be located internationally
  • We are not responsible for incorrect addresses provided by the customer or delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, or force majeure events
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons or due to customs processing

Please ensure your shipping address is correct. AuraDesk is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
